The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this 15th of September, this year. The meeting was led by Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in presence.

Following call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and passed with no amendments.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to improve the quality of life for all residents while addressing ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Among the proposed amendments are standards related to exterior aesthetics, noise ordinances, and parking regulations.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments thoroughly and forward their feedback by September 1st.
  • A community forum will be arranged on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in more depth.

More information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are strongly encouraged to contribute in this important process.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by planting trees, cleaning up public areas, and encouraging a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's belongings, and foster a more secure sense of community. Sessions will be held regularly to discuss.
